Ordering

Browse our shop, configure your product (size, quantity, finish, turnaround), upload your artwork file, and checkout securely with Stripe. Orders are confirmed instantly.

Yes! Call or WhatsApp us at (657) 554-8494. We can build your order together and send you a payment link.

Most products start at 100 units (e.g., business cards). Rubber stamps have no minimum — order just one!

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, check spam or contact us.

File Requirements

We accept PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG. For best results, submit PDF or AI at 300 DPI or higher with 0.125-inch bleed on all sides.

300 DPI minimum for sharp print quality. Files below 150 DPI will be flagged before printing.

CMYK is preferred for most accurate color reproduction. We accept RGB but colors may shift slightly during conversion.

Absolutely! Add our Design Service when configuring your product, or contact us separately for a custom design quote.

Turnaround & Shipping

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. Rush orders are ready in 1-2 business days (+20% fee). Local pickup in Cypress, TX is available.

Yes! We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to all 50 states. Most orders arrive 2-5 days after production.

We offer local delivery within the Cypress/Houston metro area. Contact us to arrange.

Yes! Every product has tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the per-unit price. Quantity break tables are shown on every product page.

Yes! Use our quote form or contact us directly. Orders over $500 may qualify for additional discounts.

Sales tax is applied to Texas orders per state law. Out-of-state orders may vary.

Quality & Refunds

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will reprint or refund at our discretion. We stand behind our quality 100%.

Custom print products are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a production error on our part.

Screen colors (RGB) vs. print colors (CMYK) naturally differ. Submit CMYK files for best accuracy. We offer proofs on request for large orders.

Web & App Services

Tier 1 (Starter) takes 5-7 business days. Tier 2 (Professional) takes 2-3 weeks. Custom apps vary by scope.

Yes — you own all code, designs, and content. We deliver everything to your repository or hosting account.

We can manage hosting ($25-50/month) or hand the site off to your own hosting. Your choice.

Updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patches, and minor content changes. Priced at $75-200/month depending on site complexity.
