By accessing 53printers.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

53Printers offers print products, rubber stamps, design services, and digital services including web design, web applications, mobile apps, and business software. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All print products are custom-made to order.

3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through our website checkout, by phone, or via WhatsApp. All orders require payment in full prior to production unless a deposit arrangement has been made for digital services. Order confirmation is sent by email. Production begins after artwork approval.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for large orders. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. All prices are in USD.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any artwork, logos, and files you submit to 53Printers. By submitting files, you represent that you own or have the right to use those materials and grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely for fulfilling your order. We claim no ownership over submitted artwork.

All content on 53printers.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by 53Printers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 53Printers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
