What material are your vinyl banners made of?
Our banners are printed on heavy-duty 15oz scrim vinyl with UV-resistant, weatherproof inks. The 15oz weight is significantly heavier than the 13oz used by budget printers — it's stiffer, more durable, and survives Houston's heat and wind much better.
Do the banners come with grommets?
Yes — all banners come hemmed (reinforced edges) with brass grommets every 2 feet along the top and bottom as standard. Grommets are what allow you to zip-tie or rope the banner to a fence, pipe, or frame without tearing.
Can I order a custom banner size?
Absolutely. We print banners in any custom size. Select 'Custom Size' in the configurator and enter your dimensions. Pricing is based on square footage. Minimum size is 1×2 feet.
How do I hang a vinyl banner outdoors?
The most common method is zip ties through the grommets attached to a chain-link fence, pipe frame, or building facade. For windy locations, we recommend adding wind slits or ordering a mesh banner to reduce wind resistance.
How long do outdoor vinyl banners last in Houston?
With UV-resistant inks and 15oz vinyl, our banners typically last 3–5 years outdoors in Houston's climate without significant fading. Direct prolonged sun exposure will fade any print eventually, but our materials are rated for extended outdoor use.
