Custom Print Policy — All Sales Final
All print products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Because each order is produced exclusively for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom print products unless the error was caused by 53Printers during production.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your artwork, verified spelling and dimensions, and approved the order for production.
Exceptions — When We Will Reprint or Refund
We will reprint or refund at our discretion if:
- Products are damaged during shipping
- We printed the wrong product or wrong quantity
- There is a significant color deviation caused by our production process (not RGB-to-CMYK conversion)
- Products are defective due to materials or printing equipment failure
Exceptions do not apply to customer-submitted artwork errors (typos, wrong files, low resolution after approval, wrong bleed settings).
Reprint Policy
When a reprint is approved, we will reproduce the order at no charge using the same specifications. Rush reprints may be subject to a rush fee. Reprints are not subject to further reprinting.
How to Report Issues
Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at info@53printers.com or call (657) 554-8494. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Reports after 7 days may not qualify for a reprint or refund.
Digital Services Refunds
For web design, app development, and business software projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it compensates for time and resources already committed.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion before final delivery. Project scope changes after deposit may incur additional fees.
