What printing process do you use for mugs?
Mugs are printed with a full-color CMYK dye-sublimation process that wraps the artwork around the body of the mug for a smooth, durable, photo-quality finish.
What is the print area for each mug size?
The 11oz mug has an 8.5″ × 3″ wrap-around print area, and the 15oz mug has a 9″ × 4″ wrap-around print area. Download our templates on this page to set up your artwork correctly.
What file types do you accept for mugs?
We accept PDF (recommended), JPG, EPS and TIFF files. Please supply artwork at 300 DPI in CMYK color, with no crop marks, registration marks or color bars.
What background color should I use?
For white mugs, the background must be C0 M0 Y0 K0 — pure white in a design is not printed and shows as the bare white mug.
How many mugs can I order, and what about large quantities?
You can order mugs online in fixed quantities from 1 up to 96. For orders of 100 or more, request a quote and we'll put together custom pricing and shipping for your event or bulk order.
